Since I started Cardio Fit Kickboxing three or four times per week in 2003, I have lost 30lbs. and increased muscle tone all over. If you are looking to tone your body-this is the class. My stomach, arms and legs are leaner and stronger. I have slimmed down from size 12 to size 8.
Participating in the Cardio Fit Kickboxing class 3 times per week has alone helped me increase my cardio, flexibility and body tone back to where it hasn't been in ten years. My energy level has improved as well as my nutritional habits.
I initially started Cardio Fit Kickboxing as a form of cross training for a mini marathon I was training for. However I am so pleased with the results that I will probably continue in the class even after my race. After just a couple months, I see definition in my arms & legs that I have never had before. I recommend this class for anyone who needs a high-energy group environment to kick some butt & lose some weight!
I have been trying to lose weight for years. I was finally able to lose almost 2 inches since I started Cardio Fit Kickboxing class six months ago. It's a great workout. I recommend it for anyone who wants to get in shape.
